Lower Hudson Valley Center for Empowerment is a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to the betterment of our community by developing and fostering self-esteem in Black and Hispanic students, through the exhibition of positive role models, mentoring services, and providing fund raising to secure scholarships for college-bound students in the Lower Hudson Valley Region.
